I’m a futurist, foresight facilitator, and behavioral insights advisor supporting people and organizations in making wiser, more intentional decisions. My educational journey reflects a lifelong curiosity about how we think, choose, and shape what comes next. I hold a Master of Social Sciences in Futures Studies (with a minor in Sustainable Development) from Turku School of Economics, a BBA in International Business from Turku University of Applied Sciences, and a BA in Education, with a focus on human studies and history, from Tallinn University. I’m currently completing an MBA in Behavioural Insights and Choice Architecture at Laurea University of Applied Sciences.Professionally, my path has woven through sustainable city development in the Baltic Sea region, futures work in vocational education, circular economy and innovation projects with food industry SMEs, and AI strategy development. I’ve led and co-created creative foresight initiatives, facilitated futures dialogues and workshops, and supported organizations through communication design and strategic clarity. I’ve been a member of the World Futures Studies Federation (WFSF) and am currently a member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF).I designed the DECIDE+F™ Method to support reflective, ethical, and future-conscious thinking in a rapidly changing world.
I also have been creating tools like the Futures Literacy Journal and host The Quiet Future Podcast, where I explore imagination, complexity, and societal change. As a multidisciplinary person, I aim to always explore the world with different lens - often colleagues or stakeholders get "aha!" moments as I point out something they had missed or not considered. Thanks to my pedagogical background, I am skilled in course design and faciliation - I can tailor training days or workshops, as well as educational courses, for your team or organization.I hope you are still here - fancy to
